Job Description

We are looking for onsite IT support including Hardware, Networking, Inventory, Documentation, Presentation, Reporting and Execution on Job Priority for our Kolkata based office with the following expertise :

  • Must be proficient in Windows, Linux, Apple and MAC Devices.
  • Working Experience in Hardware, Networking, Troubleshooting, System and Application Software Installation, configuration and Repairing.
  • Working experience in LAN and WAN environment using Router, Firewall, Access Points, Switches.
  • Working experience in configuring Network printers, Video Conferencing Hardware, MPLS VPN, TCP/IP Configuration
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Website and Mail Hosting, Outlook configuration, repair, backup and data migration.
  • Asset and Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Bill Processing, Procurement Management, Joining Allotment and Resigning Exit Clearance Management.
  • Knowledge of Maintaining Servers, Server Softwares like Corporate Antivirus, Backup Softwares, Biometric Devices, Biomertic Software, Financial Software like Tally, SAP and Servers.
  • Planning and Administrating of CCTV installation, backup and monitoring. EPABX System Admininstration.
  • Biometric Attendance and Payroll processing knowledge is preferable.
  • Must be Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (with Lookup and Logical Conditional Formulas) and MS PowerPoints

Educational & Professional Qualification

  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate or Post Graduate with Diploma or PG Diploma on Hardware and Networking.
  • The person should have minimum 5 -7 years experience on Microsoft Platform in the relevant field of job description stated above.
  • Ability to work independently and as member of a team, and to interface with other branches of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse constituencies.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure and time constraints.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Job Description

  • Overall bills processing, budget planning and cost control
  • Identification and empanelment of vendors, suppliers and other 3rd party contractors as required by the organization.
  • Will be responsible for inventory management and maintenance of all office equipments, including periodic preventive maintenance.
  • Will be responsible for inventory management and procurement of all office stationeries.
  • Recruitment and deployment of peons / sub-staffs, security personnel.
  • Ensures that repairs and regular maintenance checks are conducted on equipment, and arranges for the disposal of unusable equipment and recyclable items.
  • Serves as main contact with vendors, including the mobile, telephone company, courier service, etc.
  • Procures office and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensures proper maintenance of cars, lift, generators.

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the Office, ensuring they sign in the visitor's book and informing the relevant members of staff of their arrival.
  • Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image. Keep a record of staff and visitors singing in and out of the office.
  • Operate EPABX phone system, receiving and transferring telephone calls, taking brief messages and passing these to staff members.
  • Report telephone equipment and line faults to the Administration Head.
  • Review and update on a regular basis the staff contact and telephone extension lists.
  • Check and sign for deliveries, before informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival. Maintain proper records in computer.
  • Manage all postal and courier system: Inward, Outward. Check POD's, maintain excel sheet for invoice checking.
  • Record all visitors, in/out of office.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Preferably Graduate.
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Words, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as receptionist / office assistant.
  • Young presentable female with pleasing personality.
  • Age: maximum 27 to 30
